Current Projects

Our Island Child project provides funds that enable self-governance at Nkwasi secondary school.

So far, the locals have distributed this money to pay for scholarships for pupils at the school, equipment, two teachers' salaries and helps maintain the fabric of the buildings.

Libraries
We're delighted that the shipment of books that resulted from our 'Book for Christmas' appeal last year has now arrived on Likoma.

It will help to develop school libraries, ensuring that every child has more reading material in future.

Kaya Mawa Lodge
Kaya Mawa lodge is the main hotel on Likoma. We'd like to thank James and Suzie (who manage it) for their help and support. Without them, our projects would be much further from reality.
